Cook Your Life
Life is like food! So how do we want life to taste? Sweet or bitter? We have to cook our own life. Don’t let others cook it for us, because they can never know what tastes we have. They will mess up our life. Here are some sayings which can help remind us of this:

"I’m fat."
"I have a rotten memory."
"I’m always broke."
"I’m an idiot."
Then we wonder why we fail!

So how should we cook our life or follow a recipe in our life?
The first step is to watch our mind, we should try to think positively.
The second step is to watch our mouth, we should try to say words of wisdom to ourselves.
The third step is to watch our actions, we should try to do good actions.
These three things, positive thoughts, wise words and good actions, are a good recipe for life. If we put them into our life everyday, we will always be happy. On the contrary, if we don’t, happiness will be far away from our life.
From here on, we should never think negatively, say anything negative or do any bad action. We should never think, say and behave in a negative way. When we start to watch our thoughts, speech, and actions, life gets better. Believe it or not, we become what we think, what we say and what we do.
