To be at peace now, we have to make friends with the present moment.

Wherever we may meditate,that is the place we bring our awareness.
Just Do It
When we have learnt how to meditate, the best action to take is to just Do It.
Make it Dhamma
Whatever we do, we must make it Dhamma.
Meditation is a remedy that reaches the root cause.
True acts of kindness
True acts of kindness do not require repayment.
Not to do any evil, to cultivate good, to purify ones mind. This is the Teaching of the Buddha.
Truth needs no label.
If we have the things we truly need, then our wants become a luxury.
Living by the Buddhas moral code is conducive to ones own peace and happiness as well as that of society.
Mindfulness is required in all places and at all times.
Brilliant by nature
By nature, the mind is clear and brilliant. It has become clouded by the visiting pollution's.
Born as a human
To be born as a human being is a great occurrence, for we have the ways and means to meditate and to learn and practice Dhamma. We should not waste this opportunity.
Understand and Practice
First we understand Dhamma with our thoughts. When we begin to understand, we practice it. And when we practice it is when we begin to see it.
Established in Metta
A mind bathed in Metta will move a person to think, speak or act with the spirit of generosity and looking forward to what is conductive to the happiness of others.
Which ones to tend.
We can grow weeds or flowers as it is up to us which ones we will tend. All plants will grow if they are watered !
