What is life all about? There are various answers according to what a person, who gives an answer, believes or follows. Buddhism says that life is all about change, un-satisfactoriness and non-self. To understand this is important to change life for the better, simplify life in an easy way, don’t take anything to personal. Life is a change at the first step. There is a question; do you sometimes yearn for a simple life? If we think it over, we will realise that life is all about change; when life is so tough, change it, take it easy.

Some people say, “I can live a simple life”. That is good, for some who cannot do that. Here are some tips to change and live simple or happy life.

1. Tidy up: this means living by discipline. If you tidy up your life, life is in order. You know what to do, what you should not do. Things, which you know before doing, are great and make much simpler and happier.

2. Give up: this means when you know and understand things, which are right and which are wrong. You really know what you should give up such as bad habit, bad speech, horrible acts, stopping watching TV and eating junk food, laziness etc.

3. Develop: this means when you give up things you don’t need, you live with good things. Then you can develop your life with the good things. This is a good start of living a life. Good things produce good results.

4. Refresh: this means that after you have given up the bad things in your life, you develop your life with the good things. And then you refresh

5. Live: this means to live a simple life no matter what situation will be. Just live a simple life.

These five tips allow you to reduce clutter in your mind. We need space in our mind for wisdom and in our lives for happiness. There is no creation in a cluttered mind and there is no happiness in a cluttered life. Don’t lock your life into the clutter, but open it to learn more. Do you agree?
