Adrian had suggested keeping a Digital Archive of activities at the Temple, this was thought to be a good idea given the usual considerations to privacy and images of children. Enquiries should be made as to hosting on either www.buddhapadipa.org or on Adrian’s server with a possible link to the Temple site.

Sue Huxley is discussing taking over as Membership Secretary from Choi. Letters and messages of support have been received from the previous Committee Members: Andrew Cox, Jeremy Wright, and Pat Alderman who have no objections to a new committee being formed. The other two members, Andy Brown and Philip Mobedji were present at the meeting. It was suggested that at the next meeting we formally elect a new Committee.
A new Chairman will be elected at a future date once the committee is functioning and members get to know each other better.
4) ID Cards. It was suggested that with having new members and distribution of duties that we should produce ID cards in the interest of being identifiable on festival days and in the inerest of security at the Temple
5) Maghapuja Day Celebrations. Phillip will arrange a Guest Speaker for the Celebrations on the 4th March
6) Any Other Business: There should be a First Aid person present on the big festival days and Gift may be qualified and we should enquire if any of our other members are. Should there be a complaints box available or is a sympathetic ear more suitable.
Paul would like any assistance we can give in finding a co-teacher for his Sunday morning Children’s Class, in the interest of balance, preferably female.
7) Date of the next meeting: 18 February at 2.00 pm in the Library.
