The Celebrations At The Buddhapadipa Temple

The Buddhapadipa Temple is the first Thai temple in the UK which was established in 1966. The year 2006 is the 40^th anniversary and an auspicious occasion for Thai people because this year is the 60^th anniversary of His Majesty the king of Thailand’s accession to the throne. Phrarajbhavanavimol, the abbot of The Buddhapadipa Temple, and head of the Buddhist mission to the UK and H.E. Mr. Vikrom kumpairoj, the Thai ambassador in London with Thai people who live in the UK and European countries held these two auspicious events at The Buddhapadipa Temple, London.
